Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. I managed to book a 25-minute chat for a time that suited me the following week, and right from the start, I clicked well with my counsellor. This has got me genuinely excited for our sessions, and I believe they can really assist me.

"Amazing Experience with Coaching and Therapy!"
This was a bit of an unconventional therapy session, leaning more towards coaching, and my therapist was super adaptable. She posed excellent questions, encouraged me to find answers to my own dilemmas, and was an awesome sounding board overall. I walked away with a strategy for tackling a workplace issue and tips on how to avoid it happening again. Plus, it really helped lighten a mental load I had been grappling with solo.

Up to now, I've had the joy of working with a wonderful therapist who's super knowledgeable and really supportive. I can schedule my sessions whenever I want, all from the comfort of my own home. Plus, there's a vast online library full of advice on topics that matter to me, and I can even reach out to a therapist for guidance. Having mental health support just a click away makes me feel so thankful! If you're looking to boost employee happiness, this is definitely the way to go!

Setting everything up was a breeze, and the therapist was really helpful, letting me talk and share my thoughts. I got some homework, which I think is awesome. From what I gathered, I can see the same therapist again, and I really appreciate that. Overall, I've had a positive experience up to this point (just my first session).

I seriously can't recommend Spill highly enough. Getting top-quality therapy at your workplace is super important, especially now when private therapy feels like a luxury. The option to kick off a complete counseling program or just have a single session is just the kind of flexibility that makes it all worthwhile. "Spill is worth a shot for anyone who..."
I’d suggest giving Spill a try to folks who haven’t had great luck with talking therapies before. The design is fantastic, it’s easy to use, and my Counsellor is truly wonderful.

In my opinion, this is an awesome support for folks who may be having a tough time or dealing with challenges and aren't sure how to tackle them. It can really help you learn more about yourself and figure out why you respond the way you do. Plus, it's super simple to use and set up your appointments.
